Aflao, Volta Region, Ghana – A man has been sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment with hard labour by the Torkor Circuit Court after he was convicted of snatching an iPhone 12 belonging to a female Immigration Officer at Ave Maria Junction in Aflao.

The convict, identified as Akpalu Prince, reportedly stole the officer’s phone during the incident.

Following his arrest and prosecution, the court found him guilty and handed him a 10-year prison sentence with hard labour.
